Behind-the-Scenes: Samantha Thavasa Girls Collection Ladies Tournament

Samantha Thavasa held its first Golf Tournament to showcase its adorable Samantha Golf apparel and support its Under25 pro golfer girls. This was a weekend of Golf, Fashion, and Fun. Pro golfers, businessmen, and models brought their A-game to the course on Friday during our Celebrity tournament decked out in their cutest Samantha polos, hats, and skirts. Even the golf bags were accessorized with the signature Aimee charms! On Saturday and Sunday, it was all about the ladies, as our pro golfers competed for the tournament title. It was truly a one-of-a-kind event. At no other golf tournament would you see beautiful brand reps strolling the fairway in yukata, supermodels teeing off, Aimee character mascots frolicking around the green, and Japanese music sensations, E-girls, J Soul Brothers, performing live. But that's the way do it here at Samantha Thavasa. It's not just a brand, it's a lifestyle.

サマンサインターンはハワイから来た女性です。ホノルルで生まれて、育ちました。高 校時から、日本語を勉強しています（すみません、上手じゃありませんが、頑張っています。）九月にハーバード大学3年生になって、専 攻は女性学です。 勉強をしていない時、写真を取ったり, 小説を読んだり、ラップを書くことが好きです。

小さい時から、興味がファションです。７さい時、母からはじめサマンサタバサのバッグをもらいました。その時から今までファションについて興味が強くなっています。ファッション関係の仕事を大学を卒業したらしたいと思っています。この夏休みにはじめサマンサインターンをしています。サマンサタバサは世界に印象的な会社ですから、楽しみにしています。

While I could spend hours in the Samantha Thavasa showroom gawking at all the shiny, new collections, what truly inspires me is seeing fashion living and breathing on the street. With my street style portraits, I want to showcase real Samantha Girls and their unique styles.

Today I got to shoot the beautiful Misato Ichiki with her favorite turquoise Samantha Vega purse.

Coming to work is like attending a fashion show. Every member of the press team looks as if they stepped straight off the pages of Vivi, ruffles, pristine make-up, high heels and all. If you want to stay up to date on the latest おしゃれ fashions, just pay a visit to the second floor of the head office. We got you covered. Brains, beauty, and heart; these girls have it all. As the new girl, I can only hope to be half as accomplished as as they are. Did I mention they're taking over the world in tulle skirts and five-inch strappy heels? You'd have an insecurity complex too, if you spent your day with real life dolls.

Anyone who knows me would describe me as...a happy, bright, stylish, graceful, fun-loving, rapping, pink furball enthusiast. It's true, I have a weakness for anything baby pink and anything furry. And when you put them together into one splendid, adorable mound of cuteness, I can't resist. The Samantha Thavasa Petit Choice keychain is perfect to hang on my Samantha Thavasa New York shoulderbag, belt loop, and of course on my Samantha Thavasa encased iPhone. Because really who wouldn't want a dangling furball that's bigger than your phone/almost as big as your head to swing around while vigorously nodding and chatting with friends. I know I do.
